Applications will be received only through the online process. CIIE.CO & NPCI will shortlist the most promising solutions for further support. Wherever needed, these solutions will be provided with access to NPCI sandbox and technical support so that demo-able products can be created. The winners will be selected from the shortlist based on the product pitch and demos towards the end of the program.

The winning teams will get the opportunity to pilot with NPCI, receive up to USD 100,000 as prize and also be eligible to receive further support from CIIE.CO's Bharat Inclusion Initiative.

Up to three winners will be selected under the challenge. An organization may propose different solutions as part of the same application or multiple.

This is a Global challenge. Teams of all nationalities and based anywhere are welcome to apply.

Once an application is received, we will review it on various parameters including technical feasibility, design quality, business potential and impact. Selected startups will be invited to the onboarding event in Mumbai on the 11th February 2020.

The prize will be disbursed to the winners as per standard CIIE.CO policies and will be subject to tax deductions as applicable.

No. You are not required to work out of any particular location. However, for shortlisted applications, we may require a representative of the team to present their solution to the panel during the final evaluations.

Selected startups will have the opportunity to pitch to the CIIE.CO team during the program. CIIE.CO can also facilitate introductions to other investors on a case to case basis. Winners will be evaluated for further acceleration / investment support via the Bharat Inclusion Initiative.

CIIE.CO receives thousands of applications from innovators for its programs every year and understands the need to maintain confidentiality. Information provided to us through the online application will be shared only on a need-to-know basis within the relevant program and evaluation teams. The information provided will be retained by us post the program for audit purposes and will be shared with an external party only upon obtaining explicit permission from the applicant / authorized team member.
